Actually Singtel have a reputation of putting up wrong prices and wrong promotional plans etc but they always honor them

The difference is dressing them in Baby Armani vs err Double Joy

So yes I agree that there can be a difference in expenditure when it comes to children.

On another topic....last night went home, ate dinner, showered, fired up the PC, put on my headphones and started Warhammer: Dark Crusade. Before I know it, it was past midnight! Shocked

This is really bad. (but at least I wiped the imperial guard off the face of kronus)

shinta SG

my mother still kept the clothes i wore when i was a baby...

Mr. Green

they're so much easier to wear than baby armani i suppose..

the_don SG

tried to get their tel no but it was not listed on their webby. tried calling the building management and no one picks up. Evil or Very Mad

think gotta go down personally to look

Fatum SG

if the kids start wanting baby armani or ... ermm ... osh gosh ? ... at age 5 ....

then something must be very wrong, no ? .... Laughing ... there are plenty of hawkers, taxi drivers, factory workers bringing up kids too, no ? ...

I puttered around in pasar malam pants and great wall brand singlets as a sprat .... and i think little fatums should too ... even when the big one makes it big ....

Don Don you tried City Lodge before?
It's a small hotel by the Amari group but the location is damn good lor

http://www.amari.com/citylodge/hotels-location.asp

I stayed in the one at Soi 19 before, just right beside the Asok station and the Sukhumvit Underground Station.

Not tried the one close to Nana station though

The rooms are pretty large and it is clean and it was cheap before. Not sure about now with the Underground working

Oh it's near the highway to the airport too Mr. Green

ya the hubby agrees w me tt we're going to stay in 3 room flat till kid grows much older too. smaller space - kids dont develop the habit of hiding in own room and not talking to parents. They learn to get along with siblings better too.
Err btw.. we dont have kids yet lah. Razz I'm trying to fit the kids in somewhere between and after diploma course/trans-siberian trip/menopause.

the_don SG

never tried that one. i'll go check it out Mr. Green
thanks! *muack!* Embarassed

Can book via internet.
I used this site before for BKK
http://directrooms.com/thailand/hotels/index.htm

the_don SG

i think life is tough in sg. cos u wanna have a kid, ur kid will have to compete with other KS parents. so u send them to music class, ballet class, etc. i tink i’ll just adopt a dog

the_don SG

ooo thanks! Mr. Green

ShrodingersCat SG

slowly plan and save loh.. u still very young so time is on ur side what. No hurry.

But I believe that if people really don't want kids, nobody should pressure them to have any. You should only have kids if you want to.

the_don SG

ooo meeting with big boss in 20mins. byebye!

shinta SG

we're thinkin more of.. move to 1 place n stay there till we die Laughing

i'm thinkin of where to fit kids too... lookin at how unstable his job is.. and.. me wanting to study...

and kids must be born before mama turns 28... so we only have 6 years to squeeze everything in?
